Its Autumn

Family Outings

We've had a lot of fun on our recent family outings. We've gone to Foster Island, a Japanese Garden, and the Museum of Flight. We also thoroughly enjoyed our week on Lopez Island, where we joined Robert for a math conference.

Fall Leaves

Another awesome family outing was to Green Lake. The fall leaves were gorgeous. Lydia and Ruby had a blast playing in the leaves.

Growing Babies

Ruby and Lydia are growing up way too fast! OK they're physically still small. At 9 months Ruby is 15lbs 3oz and Lydia is 13lbs 12oz. But, they are now crawling, pulling to standing, and walking along the furniture. Lydia has even begun signing milk. Its so much fun to watch them grow and develop. They get so excited when they figure something new out.

Play Time

Play time sure is a lot of fun. The girls enjoy playing kaboom (knock the blocks over). Ruby is quite the musician and loves anything that makes noise. Lydia enjoys exploring and pushing Ruby around in the walker. They are very aware of each other. Wherever one baby is crawling, the other is probably close behind. Its adorable to watch their sisterly bond develop.
